Wonderful fairly clean property, it has courteous staff on the reception desk. The hotel is on a marvellous and beautiful location very close to pedestrian-friendly areas, a bus station, and bars and restaurants nearby. There are lots of restaurants to eat, like El Nuevo Maccheroni that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Had a very enjoyable short stay for a vacation, glad I've chosen it. The breakfast was more than adequate, had a good choice of options and the food was amazing. The location was magnificent and wonderful, close enough to souvenir / grocery shops, Very near to Airport and beach, cleanliness and helpfulness of staff. Also, I was just a pleasant stroll away from Castillo de San Gabriel.
Sadly, there was no pool.

Its location just a pleasant stroll away from Charco de San Gines was wonderful and beautiful. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone.
We didn't like that there was pool missing, were a little disappointed.

Magnificent location in a shopping area just off all the bars & restaurants are, where young people congregated until late in to the morning and therefore good for visiting all lanzarote. Came in Arrecife to relax and have fun, this traditional hotel was good home base for doing it. I've booked king room and everything was perfect. The view here was stunning. Great service, although a few employees were very rude. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the rooftop bar.

We were happy to find Pizzeria Venezia 100 m away. We enjoyed location and staff, it had everything that we wanted for our holiday. We were able to visit playa reducto that was close to the hotel.
